Micro Campervan Hire New Zealand

The Micro is our cheapest option for campervan hire in New Zealand.  It was designed as a backpacker campervan; however Bed and Breakfast customers also hire the Micro Campervan as a backup in case boutique hotels are full.

Micro campervan hire features detachable curtains and folding double bed with luggage space under the head of the bed.  A weather proof awning provides standing room and privacy when changing clothes.  Cook dinner outside using the folding table, chairs, a single gas cooker and kitchen set.  

Micro campervan hire also includes a 240 volt camp ground connection, small ice box, water bottle and hanging light.  You can sleep inside the campervan with the awning attached, or with all the doors closed.  We supply a mosquito net for the front window to provide fresh air while sleeping.  

Micro campervan rentals are Nissan vehicles with a 1500 cc gasoline engine.   Four seatbelts are available for daytime travel.

Price includes :

Insurance (included): Standard excess is $2,000
Our standard insurance excess on all of our vehicles is $2,000. This is the most you would have to pay in the unlikely event of an accident. This covers both single and multiple vehicle accidents.

Zero Excess (optional): $15 per day or maximum $300 per hire
You can choose to purchase the Zero Excess, which means if you have an accident, you do not have to pay anything. This also includes multiple tyre punctures.
